Dear Ludo,

Thank you so very much for all you and your teams hard and continuous work converting our dirty loft into a beautiful and comfortable open plan bedroom and lounge with the separate ensuite bathroom hidden behind the facade of wardrobes you cleverly designed and built. Maria was really impressed with your easy to understand explanations and updates of the whole project. It was mostly a dust free operation except for the day of breaking through and fitting the staircase and even then we appreciate all the masking up of the doors to the rooms and dustsheeting of the hall stairs and landings. We have shown off our new pad to lots of our friends and family, so you should be getting a few calls!

Ludo and his team have done a wonderful job converting our youngest twos€ bedroom into two separate rooms. Ludo had fabulous ideas for storage and our whole works were completed according to schedule and budget. Ludo made many money saving suggestions which helped us to spend more decorating the rooms to our childrens€ liking! His team were respectful and courteous at all times and I often forget they were around, unlike other builders in the past who have left mess every evening.

He has been a real blessing to us € he responds quickly when we have an emergency job, he works hard, does an excellent job and is very thorough.
